Portfolio Work Form

In addition to framed work artists are invited to bring portfolio work. Please bring your own browser.

Portfolios and browsers must be clearly marked with the artist’s name.

All work must be mounted and clearly marked with the Artist’s Name, Title and Price (including the 35% donation to Yorkshire Children’s Charity from all sales (and VAT if applicable). We also recommend using cellophane or protective wrapping.

By submitting this form you agree to be bound by the general conditions for submitting work as per the general conditions available on this website and that all works are submitted entirely at your own risk. Yorkshire Children’s Charity strongly advised all artists to insure their own works.

The final deadline for Titles and Prices for all work is Friday 22nd September 2023 and no changes can be accepted after this date unless agreed in advance with the co-ordinator.

When entering details please use Title Case not CAPS.
