If you have been approved by the selection committee, and have your unique exhibitor code, please complete and submit the following online registration form by DATE TBC.

Please do not register unless pre-approved by the selection committee.

When you pay your entry fee of £30 you will be asked to create a username (email address) and password.  Please keep a record of both username and password so that you can log in again.

After payment has been made you should immdediately receive a confirmation email (please check your spam folder).  If you do not receive a confirmation email your registration has not worked and the payment will not be taken. You will need to complete and submit the form again. In-case you have to re-submit we advise that you save your short biography (only 25 words) elsewhere.

The final submission date for images, prices and titles of work is DATE TBC. Until then you will be able to log in as often as you like in order to enter information. We ask artists to enter details of 6 works to be hung/displayed, as well as details of any portfolio work they wish to exhibit. Please note that you will need to provide your own browsers for display of your portfolio work.

As part of registratipon you will also be asked for you bank details. Yorkshire Children’s Charity will use these details to pay artists directly after the event.

The bank details you provide here will be stored securely by The Big Art Show until the event, at which point they will be passed to Yorkshire Children’s Charity for the sole purpose of making payment to you following the sale of your artwork. Yorkshire Children’s Charity will hold any information provided in compliance with its obligations under the General Data Protection Regulations.
