Titles and Prices Form
The deadline for Titles and Prices is 22nd September 2025
Up to 6 pieces can be exhibited – all pieces must have a unique name. Please be aware our maximum size is 1m x 1m. If you want to submit a larger piece please discuss with the organiser. If all the work you submit is 1m x 1m it is unlikely that we will hang all 6 pieces due to space constraints. In general, you will be allocated no more than two panels (sometimes less).
Please note:
All works are submitted entirely at your own risk and Yorkshire Children’s Charity strongly advise artists to insure their own works.
MEDIUM – please indicate one – Limited Edition Print, Oil, Watercolour, Mixed Media, Photograph, Bronze, Resin, Ceramic etc. Please use title case eg a capital W for Watercolour.
If you will be exhibiting a print with more than one edition available please indicate the total number available to be sold and the price for each framed or unframed (if applicable). Please note you will be responsible for sending out additional copies/editions after the exhibition.
Prices must include the 35% donation to Yorkshire Children’s Charity from the sale of the work and VAT if applicable. The final deadline for Titles and Prices for all work is 22nd September 2025 and no changes can be accepted after this date unless agreed in advance with the co-ordinator.
Some artists very generously fully-donate the entire sale of a picture to the charity – this is extremely appreciated and we are very grateful.
When entering details please use Title Case (NOT CAPS or lower case) – eg. A View of Marton by Victoria Hunt Oil on Canvas. Please do not insert the £ either. The system enters a £ automatically so if you add it there will be two! Many thanks…
